What this launch website collects
The website does not use an EFT advertising pixel, remarketing tag, account system, or server-side lead database at launch. Cloudflare may provide aggregate performance telemetry through its Web Analytics infrastructure as described below. The energy-review form prepares an email in your own email application. The information is not submitted to or stored by the website itself.
Information you choose to send
If you email EFT, we receive the information in your message, such as your name, email address, country, ZIP or postal code, interests, household-energy priorities, and any attachments or details you include. We use it to respond, assess current service coverage, organize an energy-review conversation, and maintain necessary business records.
Hosting and technical logs
This site is hosted through Cloudflare. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, security events, and aggregate performance telemetry to deliver, measure, and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to provide aggregate performance information without an EFT advertising or remarketing profile. Cloudflare’s handling is governed by its own terms and privacy documentation.
How information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help operate our business, or with participating energy providers when you ask us to arrange an introduction or otherwise authorize the referral. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information as an unrelated data-broker product.
Partner referrals
EFT is a consultative marketing and referral organization. If you choose to speak with a participating installer, lender, equipment provider, or other third party, that organization will handle information under its own privacy terms. Ask questions before providing sensitive financial, tax, identity, or property documents.
Retention and security
We retain business communications only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and security. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so do not email passwords, government identification numbers, bank details, or other highly sensitive information unless a secure method has been specifically arranged.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information in EFT’s active records, subject to applicable law and necessary legal or business recordkeeping. You may also ask us not to refer your information to providers. Contact EFT@crimsonedgeventures.com.
Children
This service is intended for homeowners and other adults making household-energy decisions. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
International visitors
EFT is developing market by market. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States. Local privacy rights may apply depending on your location and our activities there.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website, technology, markets, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
